The
company is owned by Michael Walker and Matthew Busch, who have approximately 50 years of combined experience in the surveying,
planning and engineering fields between them.
Michael
Walker, President, has worked in the planning, surveying and engineering field since 1983 and is proficient
in the use of most engineering and survey related software. Michael’s experience covers all aspects of a project from
the beginning planning to the final engineering and mapping. Mike has experience in large pipeline surveying, GPS surveying
and GIS control networks, CUP, ASP, street plans, grading plans, WQMP, SWPPP, survey project staking and calculations, earthwork
calculations, subdivision, airport and commercial site staking. Projects that Michael Walker has managed or worked on are:
Nellis Airport, Indian Springs Airport, Clark County Nevada and Orange County California
GIS/GPS Control networks, Colmac Energy Plant quantities, Strawberry Ranch in Irvine, Metropolitan
Water District pipelines, Rosetta Canyon in Lake Elsinore which consisted of 1000 residential units,
commercial, school and park sites, including 1.5 miles of offsite sewer and water and master planning for the tributary area.
Project also included design for a bore and jack under I-15 and Highway 74 for sewer and water, 3 reservoir sites, several
water pump stations both onsite and offsite & multiple PRV stations for three different pressure zones within the development,

Matthew Busch, PLS 7229, Vice President,
has worked in the planning, surveying and engineering field since 1988 and is proficient in the use of most engineering and
survey related software. Matthew’s experience covers all aspects of a project from the beginning planning to the
final engineering and mapping. Matthew has experience in large pipeline surveying, GPS surveying and GIS control networks,
plot plans, street plans, grading plans, storm drain plans, sewer and water plans, hydrology, WQMP, SWPPP, survey project
staking and calculations, earthwork calculations, high-rise, subdivision, highway and commercial site staking. Projects that
Matthew Busch has managed, engineered or worked on are: Los Angeles Convention Center Expansion, Rubidoux Business
Center, University Retail Center in Riverside, Purdy Clean Car Wash and Retail Center
in Barstow, Highway 14 widening, Cottonwood Creek Business Park in Riverside,
Temecula Vineyard Estates consisting of approximately (58) 5 acre home sites and 6 wineries, the Lake
Mathews Golf and Country Club consisting of 295 residential units, an 18 hole golf course, clubhouse, maintenance
facility and approximately 1 mile of offsite sewer and water improvement. The development also included reclaimed water mains,
a pump station, and a sewer lift station; and Rosetta Canyon which consisted of 1000 residential units, commercial,
